The Evolution to Foco Beer Collective

Welcome to FoCo Beer Collective, where community, creativity, and craft beer come together.

Originally opened in Winter 2021, our Fort Collins taproom was a return to our roots, as some of the first Crooked Stave beers were brewed just down the road at Funkwerks in 2010. We loved reconnecting with the Fort Collins community, but like many businesses, we faced challenges during the pandemic. By the end of 2023, we made the decision to close the taproom and explore new possibilities for the space.

In June 2024, we relaunched as the FoCo Beer Collective—a vibrant gathering place for beer lovers. While we continue to serve Crooked Stave’s signature brews, we’ve expanded our offerings to include a diverse selection of craft beers from our friends across the country. Our mission is to create a space that’s about more than just great beer. We're committed to supporting local artists by showcasing their work and offering fun merchandise.
